Week 1 Schedule

DAY 1:
Today marks the official start of the training schedule. I even have ‘Day 1’ in the books already [all 0 miles of it]. I’m very excited to start this whole process and I hope some of you will join in on the fun. Remember to do the best you can, if you have to slow down and walk that’s OK (even on a race day). I’m not looking to win any races (at this point anyway) I’m looking to be in shape and push myself further and I urge you to do the same. Completing these workouts by any means necessary will push us all to a half-marathon.

Week 1:

MONDAY – OFF
TUESDAY – 3 MILES
WEDNESDAY – OFF
THURSDAY – 3 MILES
FRIDAY – OFF
SATURDAY – 4 MILES
SUNDAY – 3 MILES

Dan Jones has been "Nerd-ing" since he took apart the family computer at age 8. He has also been an avid sports fan his entire life. He also enjoys spending time with his lovely wife and two girls in their home on the South Shore and playing with their kids and yellow lab Cooper.
