Week 9 Schedule

Here’s this week’s schedule!
Week 9:
MONDAY – OFF
TUESDAY – 5 MILES
WEDNESDAY – OFF
THURSDAY – 5 MILES
FRIDAY – OFF
SATURDAY – 6 MILES
SUNDAY – 2-3 MILES
 
Since we have Monday off Shan and I will be swapping Monday and Tuesday.  Feel free to mix it up yourselves too!  I also encourage you to push yourself on Sunday for the 3 miles, at least plan on doing all 3 and if you have to duck out that’s fine.  Don’t plan on 2, push yourself!
