Gobble Gobble and a Ho Ho Ho!

santa-run-santa-barbara

Thanksgiving has come and gone, Christmas is coming up in less than 3 weeks and we’re all still running.  Well I know we are at least, I hope you are too!  I’m really not staying on top of the whole ‘post more than once a week thing’.  I did really good in the beginning but there’s so many other things I’d rather do than write a blog post.  In some ways I like to believe that those of you reading appreciate that my posts are sporadic as I’m not bombarding you with posts like a twitter feed.

I’m totally rocking the short distances, even beating the Gazelle now!  She’s totally kicking my butt on the long distances though.  I’m having some issues with my knee and I’m wondering if I need to get a new knee brace.  I’d rather not go to a doctor because they’ll most likely tell me I shouldn’t be running a half-marathon until I have had my knee fixed up.  That’s not going to happen, I’m doing this thing.

That all being said, on to the results!

Dan Jones has been "Nerd-ing" since he took apart the family computer at age 8. He has also been an avid sports fan his entire life. He also enjoys spending time with his lovely wife and two girls in their home on the South Shore and playing with their kids and yellow lab Cooper. Although he doesn't have much time to write he certainly has no problem vocally expressing his sports opinions, just ask. (You may regret it as he has a tendency to go on tirades.) Whenever he does post you should read it, you won't regret that you did.
