After Epic Fail On Motorcycle, Texas Tech Head Coach Tubby Smith Should Ride A Can-Am Spyder

Midnight Madness is a College Basketball tradition that began years ago as an event to get fans excited about the upcoming season. Some schools have celebrities make an appearance to help ignite the crowd, while others will stage crazy performances by students to help pump up the energy for those in attendance. In the case of the Texas Tech Red Raiders, they decided to put a new spin on an old classic. Unfortunately, in this case, the end result was a spin out for head coach Tubby Smith.

The Red Raiders intended to have Smith ride out on a motorcycle dressed as Shaft, with the theme music playing and everything. The problem is, it didn’t appear as if Smith was all that comfortable on two wheels.

Perhaps, in the future, Smith should opt for a ride on the all new 2015 Can-Am Spyder, which features two wheels in the front and one in the back for stability. It may just provide enough support and balance for Smith to pull off a much more successful attempt. That is, if Texas Tech decides to try this again in 2015.

NHL Hall of Fame center Mark Messier guarantees that you will love the ride. Messier certainly knows a thing or two about guarantees. Remember 1994? I bet that the New Jersey Devils certainly do. NASCAR superstar Danica Patrick personally told me that “Instead of just having fun once you arrive at your destination, the Can-AM Spyder makes the destination part of the fun.” As the most successful female driver in racing history, Patrick definitely know what it is like to take part in an exciting ride. WWE Hall-of-Fame wrestler Shawn Michaels has just two words for anyone who is not down with becoming a #SpyderRyder, but they are not the same two words that he made famous during his days running D-Generation X. Even NFL Super Bowl winning quarterback Drew Brees is trying to get in on the action, even if his current contract forbids it. You just have to think outside the box!

Smith and his Red Raiders should definitely think outside the box when planning the introductions to next year’s Midnight Madness. If they choose to go in a similar direction, they should definitely consider making the switch from a regular old motorcycle to an exciting all new Can-Am Spyder, where you will not experience a more exhilarating ride!
