The world has known for months now that Alex Rodriguez and Jennifer Lopez have been dating. We have heard that they are extremely close, followed by rumors that they could be parting ways, as is the norm when it comes to celebrity gossip. The former Major League Baseball World Champion and perennial All-Star recently took the pop sensation and actress to Paris for a romantic getaway and, while originally planning to pop the question under the Eiffel Tower, A-Rod decided to reportedly propose to J-Lo in a much more intimate setting, as to keep things under wrap.
Apparently, it didn’t work.
Life & Style Magazine is reporting that Rodriguez and Lopez are in fact engaged to be married. The couple – which will now likely be meshed together and be referred to as J-Rod, has known each other for over 12 years, but have been romantically linked for less than six months. Both share children with their exes from previous marriages.
I am still waiting for official confirmation, but neither A-Rod nor J-Lo has called me. I’ll keep you posted.
