In my days, I have dealt with many companies. I, like many, am often quick to share negative stories. We are all guilty of that, whether it is because we want to discourage other people from doing business with a specific company, or that we just felt wronged and needed to vent. It happens. Sadly, it seems to happen far more often than it should, but it does happen.

But, in this day and age, where people tend to focus strictly on negative experiences, I feel that we must also go out of our way to spotlight the positive. The company that I would like to highlight is Chewy.com. My wife and I have had our little rescue pup, Sammy for over three years now. Over the past year and a half, we discovered chewy.com, and we could not be more thankful. Not only do they have a wide variety of products for all of your pets, but they have extremely fair and affordable prices. As if that is not enough to get them a shout-out, they have the best customer service of any company in existence.

I am not talking about having the best customer service for any company that deals with pet supplies. I am not talking about having the best customer service for an online company. I am talking about having the best customer service for any company, period. They are amazing! They care about their customers, each and every one. I truly feel that there is no matter that they cannot resolve in a quick and timely fashion. They are on top of everything. They are fast. They are efficient. They are friendly.

These are the traits that we all ask for from every company with which we deal, but we know that is rarely the case. Except when it comes to chewy.com. I cannot recommend them enough to anyone who needs anything for their beloved pets. Anyone who truly loves their pet knows that they are really members of their family. And I could not be more proud to be part of the chewy.com family. For as long as I have a need for pet supplies, I will always be a loyal customer of chewy.com, and always will be more than happy to sing their praises, especially in a day and age where far too many companies display an unacceptable level of poor customer service skills and incompetence.
