“Workout or lay on the couch?” the constant question everyone asks themselves. We like to step it up in our house, Stomach Bug Level.
“Lay on the couch or workout with the stomach bug?”
Determined to use the power of positive thinking I decided that I don’t actually have the stomach bug and I can do it, and I did. I will most likely regret the decision but I pulled it off!
What obstacles are you up against that are worse than the stomach bug? Get up and exercise!
