Day 7 – Step It Up, Buttercup

I bet you thought I didn’t work out yesterday, didn’t you?

Actually, I did and even wrote the post, I just didn’t post it until now because I forgot.

Day 7 ✅ – Complete, it’s getting harder but we all finished, so we must be getting stronger.  The workout has bumped up on the original a little bit and added in the the tricep dip.

Anyone out there playing along at home?

• 40 walking lunges

• 45 second side plank (each side)

• 30 jumping jacks with toe touch

• 10 Burpees with pushup

• 20 tricep dips (on stair or bench)
