January 3rd – Day 3

We’re sticking with it, because it’s quick, but I’m still feeling the burn. Instead of getting frustrated by the fact that I have let myself get to the point where I can “feel it” after a couple of days in a row of exercise, I’m instead choosing to focus on the fact that I’m still doing it, and therefore getting stronger and healthier along the way.

It’s surprisingly easy to do it when you have the kids joining in too. They crack me up and keep me going!
